Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products and services
  • Resolving customers in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • Ability to Empathise and feel the customer's needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • Be able to work well as part of a strong team but also use your own initiative to deliver high-level results for our customers
  • Have the willingness to learn and be open to change
  • Be I.T literate and excel in a digitally-lead team
  • Weekend availability may be required during peak seasons
