We are looking for someone to be remote based with occasional periodic travel required from time to time.
What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director you will be supported in enabling the business to secure the right talent, skills and behaviours in the right roles at the right time.
You’ll coach and mentor a team of two to drive the TA strategy, making sure we are attracting talent in the short, medium and long term. You’ll help the team to craft creative talent solutions to real business problems.
You build credibility with your stakeholders and are recognised as a TA expert by your peers, your team and business area(s) and provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience, whilst bringing innovative ideas to improve ways of working, hiring processes and talent acquisition to your areas and the wider team
This is a broad and varied role that will require strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and people management skills.
