We have an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to begin their career in the recruitment sector. Coming out of university and entering the recruitment sector will allow for quick career progression and an uncapped salary from the get go. With a generous base salary of 25,000 and an uncapped commission scheme, recruitment consultants have the opportunity to earn as much as 40,000 in their first year, if not more!
Duties will include interacting with clients to arrange contracts, sourcing individuals and creating job ads. Often individuals in this position progress to management roles within their first six months, with the base salary generously improving to around 30,000.
Requirements
-Have Graduated within the last 3 years.
-Be goals driven and extremely motivated.
-Strong Interpersonal skills.
-Live in the London area or be able to access the city.
