It is within our roofing and contracting division, Marley Contract Services where we are looking for a Business Development Manager to widen our customer base, particularly within our Solar range.
The role will cover Central Belt and Northern Scotland including Inverness, Bishopbriggs, Inverurie and surrounding areas. So, what’s my mission?
Your role will have a focus on widening our customer base and becoming a real conduit between our estimating team, chasing up quotes, negotiating rates and working closely with the contract managers to drive commercial interest within our MCS certified Solar product range. Helping to achieve the national sales budget, you’ll have full access to our systems such as Glenigan and Salesforce of which you can use to document and generate leads, creating a strong network, maximising and approving the client base.

What will you need to bring with you?
Whether you’ve worked closely with roofing contractors or manufacturers before and are well versed in business development within the construction industry, or a site manager with an understanding of construction, strong networking skills, experience in working with sub-contractors, and a strong understanding of quality and KPI’s, this role will be a great fit for you.

In this role, you’ll need to live in the surrounding area of our offices, have a UK driving license, and have access to your own vehicle.
