As the Growth Marketing Manager with a specialism in Email, you will be responsible for designing, executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will also work closely with the broader marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across various channels such as social media, PPC, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an email marketing strategy that drives user engagement, customer acquisition and retention, and revenue growth.
• Design and execute email campaigns from start to finish, including creating copy, designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing results.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, including social media, PPC, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, Sales and Customer Success to ensure the customer comms are in sync with team activities
• Use data and analytics to track and report on campaign performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the B2B fintech space.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), HTML, CSS, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
