Our finance team is small but perfectly formed (and properly resourced!). This means that you can focus your time and energy towards commercial finance, business partnering and developing and growing with our Mamp;A strategy without being pulled into wider areas such as purchase ledger or working capital.
We’re a people focussed business so on you’ll work with key areas of our business daily, gathering data and insights and then asking, ‘why?’ or, ‘how?’ that impacts our clients, our strategy, our people or investors.
You’ll be at the heart of our growth, we’ve already gone from 10 offices to 69 since 2018 and this growth will see you develop and progress quickly within Stowe. More broadly, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting our budgeting and forecasting process, analysing our assumptions and inputs and then maintaining the model
- Business partnering with our IT and Property leaders as we expand across the UK, maintaining forecasts and being across the data against our budget expectations
- Provide monthly analysis to our leaders to help them understand financial MI insights
- Work closely with our Analytics team to provide deep understanding of Stowe’s commercial drivers

Requirements
Ideally, you will:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Have experience business partnering with overall responsible for a specific business unit or area
- Be able to communicate and present information in a clear manner to non-accountants
- Commercial modelling experience would be beneficial
- Living within commuting distance of Harrogate, minimum 1 day per week
