The Team

The Role
- Work within one or more global Tax AGILE squads attending daily scrums and ceremonies (squads are generally comprised with CTB and Tech members across various global locations
- Identify potential tax issues, perform research and present proposed solutions to Partners.
- Assist in creating user stories in JIRA, prioritizing the squad's work, and sprint planning.
- Generate senior management reporting and status updates and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Schedule resources, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with the project plan, immediately notifying affected parties of any schedule changes.
- Obtain regular feedback from clients regarding project status and quality of service and take immediate corrective action as required.
- Communicate completion of milestones to clients and secure formal acceptance from them.
- Upon project completion conduct meetings with clients to ensure a smooth transition of services from implementation to support.
- Manage the implementation team to maximize performance and deliver expected revenue goals. Oversee the professional development, education, and scheduling of the implementation consultants assigned to your team.

Requirements
We are looking for a Tax Squad Lead in the Oil amp; Gas industry with experience in:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience managing Tax regulations and operational processes
- Strong analytical skillset with the ability and desire to learn complex technical regulations, processes, and solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in program/ project management, process engineering, or strategy.
- Experience in a financial services environment is a plus.
- Expertise in working with full project lifecycle using Agile project methodology, including but not limited to product vision, producing project work plans/roadmaps/resource capacity planning, and project scope alignment.
