Job Summary
As a QA Analyst at PrettyLittleThing you will provide testing across our website and various software systems reliably and on time. You will have good knowledge of agile methodologies, be able to actively engage with different departments to understand business requirements, elaborate user stories and define acceptance criteria. As a QA, you will be expected to effectively test a workstream with little oversight, triage issues found, and report on progress. Furthermore, time management is key as you will be expected to handle multiple projects at once and prioritise accordingly.
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing test planning and execution on multiple projects
- Analysing functional specifications and user stories to derive test cases
- Agreeing test scope and scenarios with key stakeholder and/or product owner
- Testing workstreams autonomously, including supporting all production releases
- Keeping the team and relevant stakeholders informed of progress and any challenges
- Providing feedback on project quality, risks and changes to Project Managers and Lead QA
- Identifying issues and risks relating to workload, escalate these appropriately and provide suggested mitigating actions
- Collaborating with the QA team, development team and other departments to produce high quality software amp; integration solutions
- Flexible to change and can work on multiple projects
About You
- At least 2 years’ experience in testing
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience testing websites and backend systems
- Experience in cross platform/device testing
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
Desirable skills/qualifications:
- ISTQB foundation qualification
- Experience in testing ecommerce sites
- JIRA
- App testing
- Automation testing
