THE MARKETING TEAM
The Evaluate Marketing team is responsible for working collaboratively and cross-functionally (Norstella digital team, Norstella commercial operations team, Norstella strategic intelligence leader and product team, Evaluate sales leadership, Citeline marketing team) to deliver highly targeted demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns, scalable, repeatable and agile New Product Development (NPD) and Norstella synergy campaigns, differentiated content and thought leadership to augment brand, and world-class conferences and events to drive top of funnel demand to support new bookings and customer retention goals.
SCOPE OF THE ROLE
In this role of VicePresident, Marketing, you will report to the Chief of Marketing at Norstella and be a pivotal part of the marketing transformation and further integration across Norstella responsible for the marketing budget, day to day operations, campaign management, performance metrics and solid relationships with Evaluate leaders. You will also be leading a team that includes a content lead, an ABM lead, campaign managers, and event manager.
HOW YOU`LL SUCCEED
- Collaborate with the Evaluate marketing team and Norstella leaders to continuously assess/reassess industry benchmarks from a strategic, operational and tactical standpoint and constantly monitor performance
- Own the marketing plan and budget, ensuring all outputs tie back to brand augmentation and demand generation to measure ROI, also regularly accounting for market, customer and company trends
- Partner closely with the Evaluate commercial leaders to ensure bookings targets and key account plans are in place to support new logos, upselling amp; cross-selling opportunities
- Deep understanding of buying personas to map to business need, use case, and buying trigger in a way that is actionable to generate demand and increase brand awareness
- Ensure all campaign plans align with and deliver on commercial and business objectives, along with internal and external stakeholder alignment, and regular communication on plans, goals, and milestones

- Partner closely with Norstella digital leader/team to aid in the execution and delivery of assets, artifacts and social content needed to support marketing campaigns
- Partner closely with Solution Consulting and Enablement to execute go-to-market campaigns for NPD and Norstella synergy offerings inspiring and mobilizing the marketing team to be agile and act with urgency to accelerate demand of new offerings
- In conjunction with the Evaluate content leader, co-own overall messaging, continued thought leadership program, PR relationships positioning, points of emphasis, areas of differentiation, share of voice, SME development and execution to support marketing campaigns and Evaluate brand growth
- In conjunction with Evaluate ABM leader, co-own strategic account plans alongside commercial leaders, and build / execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that will influence cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- In conjunction with Evaluate events manager, co-own budget, logistics, campaign development amp; execution, follow-up efforts and impact / ROI on all events
- Partners closely with Norstella marketing leaders to share and exchange learnings, processes, impact. Also responsible for helping to develop and augment the Norstella brand from a content, thought leadership and events standpoint in conjunction with peers
