Title: Junior FPamp;A Analyst

Reports to: Senior Manager (Finance amp; Corporate Development)

This role is based out of our London office 3 days a week

Role Objective

Kooth is a fast growing business with a social purpose. Listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE:KOO), our mission is to provide welcoming and effective digital mental health support to the nation.

Working in partnership with the NHS, we are already the UK’s largest digital mental health platform for young people aged 10-25. We are now rapidly expanding into supporting the NHS adult population, providing corporate solutions to help build mentally healthy businesses, and expanding internationally.

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a FPamp;A Analyst. In this role you will be part of the Finance team and working closely with department leads across the business to provide critical financial planning and analysis support. You will work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business, gain valuable experience and develop a strong foundation in financial analysis within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role reports into the Senior Manager (Finance amp; Corporate Development).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with budget preparation, reforecasting, analysis and tracking.
  • Create relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders around the business to gather relevant information and ensure accurate financial data and analysis.
  • Communication of monthly amp; annual results to key stakeholders including department leads and the CFO.
  • Drive improvements and efficiencies to our current processes.
  • Preparation of monthly board slides.
  • Support in other business improvement projects/adhoc analysis as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Newly or part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in an FPamp;A role
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial data
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and financial analysis techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work within tight deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.



Desirable:

  • Experience with Salesforce/other CRM systems.
  • Industry knowledge amp; awareness.
  • Proven track record presenting results to stakeholders
