As our business grows, we need an experienced Recruitment Manager to work ‘hands on’ as we continue to scale up quickly.
As our recruitment manager you ensure that our candidates for our UK sites are getting the best candidate and onboarding experience. You translate the recruitment needs of the different sites into a clear recruitment plan and manage our UK recruitment team to ensure our company’s current and future needs and with that support the growth and success of the company in the upcoming years.

Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager:
- Build and deliver on the strategy for the annual recruitment cycle.
- Managing against KPI’s and Objectives
- Working closely with the European Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure consistency and collaboration.
- Good knowledge of effective recruitment methods
- Work closely with key stakeholders in the business about current and forecasted hiring needs.
- Organise informal 121 meetings to support and understand the needs of the UK Recruitment team.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the recruitment function
- Stay up to date on employment legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Requirements
Experience and skills needed for the Recruitment Manager:
- Effectively running fast paced/volume recruitment drives, experience with in-house or agency recruitment
- Experience leading effective and efficient recruitment teams
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks to maximise talent attraction
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with other parts of our global organisation.
- Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Good knowledge of local labour legislation
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluations
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- A people focused individual that ensures plans are in place to bring in the best skilled and experienced candidates that will help build our business better and add to the culture we value.
- Our ideal candidate is a creative team leader / people manager who can make effective decisions quickly and has experience with High volume recruiting.
