Total Package:?Up to 33k (pro rata FTE 55k) for an exceptional candidate + Private Medical, Pension, 22 days Holiday including 5 bank holidays (pro rata FTE 33 days Holiday including 8 bank holidays) + holiday purchase scheme)
Hours: Part time, 24 hours over 3-4 days (we offer flexible working and open to discussions on how the 24 hours could be scheduled to give you the right work/life balance.)

What would you be doing?
We have ambitious growth plans and need to source and hire more awesome people to support our plans. We are recruiting for a Senior Recruiter who has experience in recruitment in fast paced environments either agency or internal recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a part-time role working 3 days a week.
Working in a fast paced and exciting area of BFY, our Senior Recruiter will support our ambitious growth plans with the introduction of high calibre candidates for roles across the business through active and passive sourcing. You will own the recruitment process end to end and have a continuous improvement mindset to ensure our ways of working always provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role as you will be communicating with key stakeholders of all levels within the business and an ambassador of the BFY brand for our candidates.
