JOB PURPOSE
In this role you will be assisting the HR team and acting as a first point of contact for all employees and some external parties. You will be the primary contact for all HR queries and be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records on all employees. This role will be part-time 25 hours per week, 5 days a week.
Requirements
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Maintaining internal systems (e.g., People HR, ActIn Time, Hamp;S site, benefits sites, etc.)
- Updating internal HR trackers (HR tracker, reference tracker, salary change tracker, etc)
- Preparing HR documents, (e.g. new starters and leaver documents, exit interviews, references)
- Preparing all change letters
- Conducting HR inductions whilst coordinating with line managers, IT and Accounts departments
- Updating organisational charts
- Tracking probation periods, coordinating with managers and drafting relevant documentation
- Preparing regular HR reports (e.g. absence, payroll, holiday and recognition reports)
- Managing HR inbox
- Preparing HR update section for Company monthly update meetings
- Answering managers’ queries
- Updating all relevant documents with appropriate branding incl. policies, job descriptions, letter templates
- Supporting with other ad-hoc projects / meetings / initiatives as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous HR administrative experience
- Studying or thinking about studying towards CIPD Level 3/5
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
