The Role:
Due to demand, we are looking to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter to help support our hiring across a number of our technical teams. In this end to end role, you will partner closely with key stakeholders, acting as a true recruiting business partner.
Key responsibilities of the role;
- Stakeholder management
- Sourcing of candidates via multiple platforms
- Driving and engaging our active referral channels
- Candidate screening
- Offer generation, partnering closely with Compensation and People teams
- Reporting
- Stakeholder updates and presentations
Our main offices are Oxford and Toronto and we are open to hiring in either location. Whilst we are happy for you to be based remotely, you will be required to attend the office for any face-face meetings
Requirements
- Significant and relevant technical recruiting experience
- In-house recruiting experience is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong sourcing capabilities
- Highly organised
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- The ability to operate at spee
