Job Title: People Advisor (12 Month Maternity Cover)
Location: Hybrid (offices in London and Uppingham)
The Opportunity
We are looking for maternity cover for a People Advisor position here at MMT; someone who will support the full scope of HR and Lamp;D. This is an opportunity to be a change agent within an Award-Winning agency with top talent. There is scope for this role to really make their mark and design, implement and manage People programs. If you like being creative, problem solving, have great attention detail and enjoy designing and launching People initiatives that your stakeholders rave about than this role is for you.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be available to come into our offices for internal meetings as required but can otherwise work from one of our offices in London or Uppingham, or from home.
