We are currently seeking a highly personable and energetic Sales Advisor to join our vibrant sales team at our Worksop Head Office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a knack for conversation, and exudes positivity and fun. This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Worksop, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries, converting warm leads into successful sales.
- Expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist new customers in placing their first orders, providing excellent service and enhancing their buying experience.
- Utilise effective sales strategies and techniques to reach sales targets and performance goals.
- Contribute to a fun, supportive, and high-energy team environment.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Communicate customer feedback to management and collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
