To thrive in this evolving landscape, we are seeking a Director of People Science. As a key member of our agile, Product Experience team comprising experts in Science, Engineering, and Product, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of experts in the sciences that form the current People Science Team, and help us revolutionize how organisations perceive and unlock human potential.
We value diverse experiences, so while a background in traditional assessment companies is welcomed, we are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in consumer-focused or progressive HR B2B applications in fields like healthcare or well-being, or individuals with a background in fintech, or broader consumer/CRM applications. What matters most to us is your ability to leverage people science to empower individuals and drive positive outcomes.
Regardless of your professional background, we seek a visionary and forward-thinking leader with a solid understanding of data science, psychology, content and behavioural science/economics. You will have a proven track record of blending some or all of these key people science disciplines to create innovative solutions that enhance self-understanding and foster improved interactions in the workplace.
