Tradify Limited, a computer software company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their London-based team. You will have the opportunity to help tradespeople transform their businesses and positively impact their lives by providing exceptional customer service and support. - Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Manage customer accounts and subscriptions
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team
- Share customer feedback with the product team to drive product improvements
- Create and maintain customer documentation and training materials
Requirements
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring our customers activate and use Tradify to help their Trades Business thrive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a customer-focused role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with customer service software/tools
- The ability to work 2 late shifts per week
