- Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed

Requirements
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
- Be willing to complete our short online ‘Principles of Customer Service’ course (around 4 - 6 weeks of part-time online self-study).
- Be a good communicator.
- Be hard-working with a good attention to detail.
- Should have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Be 19+ years old.
