Requirements

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a creative flair for finding and communicating empathy in consumer data; a passion for revealing how people think, feel, and behave; and experience working with digital datasets including (but not limited to) social media, Google Search, Reviews, online forums amp; Reddit.

This is your chance to join an award-winning and international team, working on a variety of fast-moving consumer goods brands within a global portfolio so if you have prior experience of social listening or working with Google Search / Trends data that would be an excellent foundation; and we will train you in the rest.

In addition to your fluency in French, German, Italian or Indonesian (and English) you will also be a natural storyteller, able to develop methodologies in order to address business challenges by integrating data sets and translating insights into actionable and impactful recommendations.

Working collaboratively with teams of analysts (within Freemavens or client teams), data scientists and brand/marketing strategists you will also help to guide and manage more junior consultants to support them in their development.

You may be already working in statistics or analytics but we also welcome applications from anyone able to think critically and strategically with a basic knowledge of business strategy and marketing from either a management consulting, ethnography, semiotics, linguistics or traditional consumer research background, who shares our passion for digital data.

Our Covent Garden Office is a definite perk, but we like to work flexibly here, currently our team come in on average 2-3 days per week and work the rest of the week from home
