Togather started life as Feast It, in 2017, as a booking platform for people to book street food caterers for their birthday parties and weddings. Since then, we have grown to become the UK’s biggest events platform as Togather for food, drink, venues, photographers and so much more.

The role
We’re looking for a visionary marketing leader with a proven track record of scaling B2B-focused businesses to run Togather’s marketing team, help define our company growth strategy, and capitalise on our recent rebrand to build the iconic brand within the event space.
This will be an opportunity to make your mark at one of the UK’s fastest growing startups and following a recent funding round, end-to-end company rebrand and a focus on the B2B and live events sector, you will play a pivotal role in propelling Togather to become the UK’s leading events platform, before looking to expand internationally.
Your team comprises skilled specialists across PPC, SEO, CRM, Content and B2B outreach, whom you will manage, aligning their efforts with overarching company strategy. As the CMO you will further have the ability to grow the team and shape our trajectory towards becoming an iconic brand nationwide, as well as to working with other departments to help define our product roadmap and commercial strategy to ensure alignment.
As a scale-up with ambitious growth targets, we will offer a generous budget to work with. While we are well funded, achieving sustainable marketing channels and a path to profitability are crucial; therefore your expertise in balancing short-term and long-term strategies will be instrumental in ensuring our success.
Cross-functional work will be vital, and as such you will work closely with our commercial and product teams to establish our overarching strategy, pricing models and acquisition approach. Your interaction with the Commercial Director, Product Director and CTO will be invaluable.
With our recent rebrand, we have a great opportunity to raise public awareness of Togather. It will be your responsibility to ensure we are constantly growing our brand equity, but equally you will be expected to stay ahead of trends, particularly AI, and ensuring our marketing department remains cutting edge. A mindset of constant experimentation and iteration will be essential.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the marketing evangelist within the C-suite, driving the development of a best-in-class marketing vision and strategy.
