Job Title: Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner - Australian market

Employment Type: Full-time (3 month interim contract)

As we continue to grow globally, we are currently looking for a Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and contribute to the ambitious growth of our business.

You will be responsible for sourcing, building the pipeline, interviewing, tracking metrics and helping to onboard Doctify’s future top talent within the Australian market, enabling us to scale our business.

We’re a leading global healthcare review platform, empowering patients to make confident and informed decisions on their healthcare, having helped more than 50 million patients to date.

In early 2023 Doctify secured an additional $10m in a growth round led by Beringea, the transatlantic venture capital firm. The round will help Doctify accomplish our mission to help over 100 million patients by 2025.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Build strong talent pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Be creative and take initiative in attracting the best talent
  • Foster relationships with critical talent pipelines, internal business partners and while ensuring an engaging and memorable candidate experience
  • Ensure an engaging and memorable candidate experience
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and testing them to get the best response rates

What the job involves

  • Managing your own 360 recruitment life cycle for commercial vacancies in the Australian market
  • Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates by using a variety of creative methods (not just LinkedIn or our careers page)
  • Building our employer brand as a best place to work for top talent in your markets
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and proactively looking for opportunities to find talent for their respective position
  • Use Doctify’s ATS Workable for candidate management, growing candidate pipelines and reporting

About You

  • 2+ years of a successful track record as a Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner or recruiter, within the Australian market
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS companies with fast-growing teams preferred, but not required
  • You believe that building a diverse workforce is core to a healthy culture and thriving organization
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and outperform through personal drive
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting across multiple roles, ideally in the sales and customer success
