Requirements
Technical Operations Team Leader
Remote
We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Operations Team Lead (TOTL) to lead a small sized team. The role is perfect for an infrastructure professional with experience in leadership, Cloud, Hosting and IT infrastructure services who is looking to develop their career
The role will involve client and internal facing work and will interact closely with project teams and senior management. The role will be involved in the full system lifecycle including advisory work, infrastructure design, build, optimisation and ongoing running of IT Cloud and Infrastructure systems.
Skills
- Advanced leadership skills working with team of all levels
- Line management and coaching experience including driving motivation across teams
- Working experience and line management of teams under an offshore model
- Advanced technical knowledge of on premises, private, hybrid and public cloud designs and implementation, environments and infrastructure
- Demonstrable experience of working on large infrastructure transformation projects and programmes
- Authoritative in low level technical architecture design
- Microsoft Azure infrastructure solution design and implementation
- Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Security) design and implementation
- Microsoft Windows Server solution and Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure design and implementation
