Requirements
Civica are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong commercial experience to take on an important role in the Payments Service Delivery Team working with several concurrent Civica customers on the implementation of Payment Systems
This is an initial 1 years fixed term contract with an opportunity for extension or permanent position at the end.
Main Accountabilities:
- Set-up, organise, manage, control and deliver your projects on time, within budget and to high quality.
- Plan and control projects.
- Take financial responsibility as defined.
- Direct and motivate the project team.
- Produce amp; maintain project plans using Microsoft Project.
- Agree, maintain and monitor project plans with customers, in line with Civica’s Project Management methodology.
- Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources, and initiate corrective action where necessary.
Essential experience:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering software implementation projects
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to write Contract Change Notes with confidence
- Strong interpersonal skill, working equally well as part of a team or alone with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to present to audiences and lead customer meetings such as design, requirements gathering or build workshops.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
