To deliver excellence in the Quality Assurance (Operational) domain through a team of motivated, capable and tenacious Quality Assurance operatives. Provide leadership to both the QA team and the wider Huboo organisation. Putting our customers and clients at the forefront of our minds in accordance with the Huboo values.
Key Responsibilities for our Quality Assurance Supervisor (Warehouse):
- Sets performance goals for team in line with functional and business strategy.
- Organises workflow, ensuring employees understand their duties and are fully enabled to succeed.
- Monitors QA productivity and provides constructive feedback / coaching where required.
- First point of contact for any QA escalations
- Hands on and leads by example to get the work done daily.
- Produces routine reports capturing unit performance in line with daily, weekly amp; monthly schedule.
- Performs Route Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) to drive prevention into the process.
- Identifies training requirements, showing how to, coaching, practical help, direction, and expertise to support the team.
- Manages QA work planner managing any associated risks liaising with QA Manager for support.
- Facilitate and leads training requirements / plans for new and existing team members.
- Create an environment where the highest performance standards are maintained.
Requirements
Key Capabilities for our Quality Assurance Supervisor (Warehouse):
Essential:
- MS Office Excel / Word / PowerPoint
- Ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Effective communication and Influencing skills.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management principles:-
- Quality Planning, Control Assurance amp; Improvement
- Analytical (Data-Driven) and sound problem-solving capability
Desirable:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- MS SharePoint / Power Apps.
- Advanced Problem-Solving skills
- A3 PPS / 8D / DMAIC
Languages required: English
Travel required as part of role: Very rarely. Potentially as the growth into Europe develops.
Reporting to: QA Manager / Site Manager.
