About the team

The Retail tribe is delivering significant change for our internal colleagues and customers across many capabilities including Planning, Product Data, Forecasting and Price.

We’re on an exciting journey to transform our technology estate, with over 90% of our existing technology being replaced in the next 2 years. We will build even better experiences for our customers and colleagues, and we’re doing that by modernising our existing systems and platforms, utilising a wide variety of market leading, cloud-based technologies. These changes will require us to rethink how we report and use insight in our new processes with our team helping to define what this looks like now and in the future.

About the role

The Change Partner will work closely with Product and Delivery Managers across the tribe to ensure that change is successfully delivered and adopted across Retail, including colleagues and partners. They will also build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Retail team.

Please note this is a maternity cover role.

•Negotiating and implementing improvements to structure, ways of working, governance and reporting for complex, cross-functional changes.

•Full ownership of core initiatives and accountability for the delivery of an effective change experience for colleagues.

•Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the change roadmap.

•Producing current and future state process flows for complex change.

•Understanding the collective impact that initiatives create for business teams.

•Having a detailed understanding of all tribe activity - guiding, influencing, providing feedback and escalating when needed.

•Proactively identifying risks and how to mitigate them.

•Identifying the people plan ensuring resource is available to build capability and land change readiness plans.

About you

• Experience in a process/change environment is ideal.

•Change management expertise

•Process mapping capability demonstrated through role experience

•Experience of working with agile delivery methodology

•Exceptional level of business knowledge and understanding of business strategy/priorities is required.

•Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment

•Strong facilitation and communication skills

•Able to engage and influence stakeholders up to and including Exec

•Ability to manage conflict and know when to escalate

•Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
