Our task is to deliver creative excellence and brand love with a young adult audience. That means balancing big-brand consistency with hyper-relevant, hyper-local nuance. We need social natives and audio enthusiasts; people who operate on the fringes of platforms and people who can manage multiple client stakeholders. We work fast, so our team has to thrive under pressure. There will be a senior editor like you, supported by project managers who get stuff done, client services who know how to sell an idea, self-starters, self-shooters and social content creators. People who understand the internet-breaking power of the perfectly timed Taylor Swift tweet but can also think big, analyse the data, ask the right questions and take us in the right direction.

What we are looking for
An audio obsessive, ahead of the trends and conversations impacting music and podcast fandoms online. As excited about the latest Taylor Swift drama as you are about the nichest album launches. Experienced in overseeing an agile content team. Adept at social content creation - from writing and editing copy through to shooting TikToks and making memes. A culture vulture and social native. Platform whizz with a deep knowledge of social best practice and abreast of the latest trends and creators. Highly organised, able to take briefs from ideation and insight through to creation, posting and performance analysis. You thrive in a fast-paced, always-on social environment.
