Job Description
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our superb talent team.
In the role of TA Specialist you’ll have the opportunity to lead and own a particular area of recruitment at Grayce. You’ll do this through forming strong relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting client and customer demand and leading on specialist project work.

What will the role look like?
As a member of our incredible Talent Acquisition function you will be the face of recruitment at Grayce. You’ll be given autonomy to:
- Lead and own a specialist area of recruitment at Grayce
- Work with the Talent Attraction Manager to ensure sufficient volume amp; quality pipeline supply where applicable.
- Work with TA Manager to support with planning of forward cohort hiring and responsible for ensuring the best talent is secured.
- Ensure requirements are clear for live assignments and ready for the talent team to work.
- Conduct interviews across all stages of the recruitment process
- Take a lead role in specialist projects, collaborating cross-functionally across HQ teams
- Share talent progress reports and insights as well as regular pipeline updates and communications to manager
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members to the Talent and Resource Management team.
- Coaching, Mentoring amp; Supervising of team members and a point of escalation and continuous support to the wider Talent and Resource Management team.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a personable and collaborative individual, someone with 1-2 years previous experience in a similar recruitment or talent acquisition role, who has exposure to working in a fast paced environment and coaching/mentoring junior team members.
The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand hiring requirement, is key to this role. If you are personable, organised, decisive and reliable with strong relationship building skills, this could be the opportunity for you.
