Requirements
The Operations Director Medical Billing and Collection (MBC) will take full operational responsibility for the MBC sub division and is responsible for the smooth running and delivery of the business from the point of sales handover.
This role will work with the Head of Sales amp; Accounts to maximise revenue and margin within the Division. They will be responsible for delivering all process improvement initiatives and will ensure operational business performance is at its most effective working alongside the Care Management SLT.
