Location: Remote, with ability to travel to key offices

We are looking for a marketing leader to join our growing Marketing function and play an instrumental part in the strategic growth of System C. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for our brand and communications strategy. You will be the major custodian of our brand, and accountable for achieving a consistent brand experience across everything we do. You will also be accountable for planning, managing, and executing on our communications programme both internally and externally to our customers and key influencers in the health and social care markets. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in ensuring that System C is a recognised and trusted brand in its chosen markets and one that is synonymous with making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, evolve and implement System C’s brand strategy, delivering against company vision, and business goals. This may include the implementation of brand control processes, guidelines, playbooks, audits etc. to ensure consistency.
  • Setup monitoring of brand health metrics and campaign measurement tools and processes.
  • Work with the Communications Manager to develop and implement a PR and media strategy to drive awareness and reach key market influencers.
  • Devise a customer communications programme that complements the cross-sell and up-sell activity and drives a superior customer experience, including the introduction of a brand advocacy programme.
  • Be accountable for our internal communications programme, understanding the varying needs across our business and working with key stakeholders to deliver a communications programme to promote transparency and support the introduction of new ways of working.
  • Work with HR to develop and execute on our employee value proposition.
  • Introduce a technology stack to deliver the overall communications programme to provide tangible metrics to drive improvements.
  • Devise and execute a content strategy, drawing on key market themes to increase our share of voice in the healthcare and social care markets.
  • Lead our digital strategy, consolidating efforts across our digital footprint, to include but not exclusive to websites and social media channels.
  • Lead a team to establish an excellent brand experience for our internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in a B2B marketing leadership role, preferably in the B2B healthcare space or a complex software market with longer sales cycles.
  • An inspired leader who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, with experience of building and developing individuals.
  • Understand and advocates the discipline of customer journey planning and mapping.
  • Highly quantitative with a strong understanding of data, analytics, and its application to the customer experience.
  • Experience of executing a communications strategy.
  • A desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically on projects and campaigns.
  • Excellent decision-making skills to allocate marketing spend.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels, both internally and externally.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience of website development.
  • Digital and social media marketing experience.
