We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Warehouse Supervisor who will run the night time operations of our Tottenham depot. Working within our Live Ops team across both the depot and head office, you’ll be responsible for all of our night-time operations at the depot. The ideal candidate is excited to take accountability for ensuring the night shift runs smoothly and can work diligently and independently to ensure all tasks are completed on time. This role requires strong computer literacy and the ability to run a large night-time team.
The exact shift pattern of this role is to be decided but all shifts will be in the evening, starting at 18:00-19:00 and finishing around 06:00. You will likely work 3-5 shifts a week, working alongside another night-time supervisor. You will likely work over the weekend.
Requirements
Responsibilities- Managing the night-time team including the sortation, vehicle charging and forecourt teams
- Accurately sorting and organising all parcels that are received throughout the day
- Managing the evening charge team as required
- Receiving all inbound vehicles, ensuring vehicles are unloaded and stored
- Arranging and loading vehicles to be ready in the morning
- Analysing data to improve and streamline our delivery processes
- Reliable and always dependable
- Proactive in resolving issues and suggesting improvements for future developments
- Diligent, trustworthy and very level headed under pressure
- Comfortable using and adapting to software systems
- Excellent organisational skills
- Passionate about the HIVED mission and sustainability more generally
