EYFS teacher responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that inspire learning.
- Create a warm and stimulating classroom environment that encourages individual and group work.
- Provide hands-on learning experiences and innovative teaching strategies that promote learning outcomes.
- Monitor and assess student progress, including providing feedback and support, and reporting progress to parents and school administrators.
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to improve teaching methods, curriculum design, and student outcomes.
- Attend staff meetings, training programs, and other professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- A valid teaching certificate from the UK.
- Experience teaching in an Early Years setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework, with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Ability to plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire young learners.
- An enthusiastic and creative approach to teaching, with a willingness to embrace new teaching methods and innovations.
