As our Social Media Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

• Creating original text and video content that will make our audience laugh, cry, or think (or all three at once).
• Managing our social media accounts and responding to followers (even the trolls).
• Developing and executing social media campaigns that will achieve our marketing goals (and make us look really cool).
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends (so we can always be one step ahead).
• Mentoring and supporting a small team of social media specialists (who will look up to you like you're their social media guru).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing (and a proven track record of success).
• Strong communication and writing skills (so you can write like a pro and speak like a human).
• An excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends (so you can always be ahead of the curve).
• Experience managing a social media team (you know how to show the love).
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team (so you can get things done and have fun doing it).
• Able to travel nationally and internationally (have a valid passport and a suitcase)
