The Business Operations Assistant is a wide-ranging role, supporting the Senior Business Operations Manager in the EU Merchandising department, across key areas such as B2C (Square Enix Store) operations, Logistics amp; Warehousing, and Special Projects.
B2C (Square Enix Store) operation is ensuring that the Store performs optimally for fans from a Merchandise point of view. This means ensuring Store accurately reflects the product amp; promotional priorities of Square Enix, including global launches, and provides the smoothest possible customer experience.
The Business Operations Assistant will help manage the arrival of new types of products, and special projects according to the needs of the business and the opportunities in European territories.
The role will involve 2 days office attendance. This is a 12-month temporary role.
