ROLE

As the Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the best tech talent in the industry. During this maternity cover, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including hiring managers in the Tech amp; Product team and HR colleagues, to ensure our talent pipeline remains robust and continues to fuel our success.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting tech professionals in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of tech industry trends, skill sets, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • You provide an impeccable candidate experience at all touch points.
  • You bring an analytical approach to tackling hiring problems.
  • You know how to partner with key stakeholders and how to balance different business priorities
  • You take responsibility for the things that block a recruitment process and find a solution.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Full cycle recruitment: Own the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer and stakeholder management across different departments.
  • Candidate experience: Ensure that candidates are given proper support and attention while building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome.
  • Passive sourcing: Attract talent with outreach messages across various platforms and channels.
  • Team player: Work on projects to improve hiring processes across the organization and help your colleagues when needed.
  • Leverage data: Make informed decisions and understand all recruitment efforts and adjust accordingly.
  • Stakeholder management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with your key stakeholders where they can trust your judgement
