Finance Support Analyst (30 hours per week, Fixed Term Contract to 31/1/24)

Job Description
As a result of a number of secondments in our Finance team we are looking for a Finance Support Analyst to join the team until the end of January. You'll run and prepare reports using Excel and SAP, as well as supporting with a number of other processes. This role could be ideal if you're part-qualified and looking for a role where you will have exposure to a variety of regular monthly / quarterly reporting tasks.
You'll be in our offices two days per week with remote working the rest of the time, and this role will be available for 30 hours per week (this can be split across 4 or 5 days, as is preferred by you).

How you'll make a difference
- Running reports from SAP, collating and preparing source data such as invoices, and assisting in preparation of submissions required by the regulator
- Updating monthly cost centre reports from SAP and the budgeting, planning and forecasting system (BPC)
- Calculation and review of monthly salary recharges
- Monthly journal calculations and checking of accuracy of information
- Rolling forward board packs and monthly reports
- Opex support for cost control

- High level of attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to prioritise according to business need, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders within the finance team
