WeAreX is seeking a talented middle-weight Product amp; Marketing Copywriter to join our passionate and highly creative team. As the Copywriter, you'll play a crucial role in producing engaging and informative content that provides our members with valuable insights into our app and global community. Your writing will take a digital and mobile-first approach, while staying true to the WeAreX tone of voice and values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Marketing and Product Emails, ensuring timely delivery to relevant audiences.
• Contribute to the help desk, FAQ, well-being, and safety areas of the community.
• Create compelling copy that breathes life into our app, brand, and community, while also refreshing existing content.
• Generate high-quality UX and product copy that resonates with the target audience and aligns with SEO requirements, maintaining an engaging, narrative flow.
• Champion the WeAreX and community tones of voice, while adhering to best practices in SEO and writing for digital channels.
• Thrive under short deadlines, rapidly shifting commercial requirements, and demonstrate a passion for results.
• Collaborate with other writers, consultants, and various teams within marketing and digital.
• Gain a deep understanding of our products from the perspective of the community, leveraging this insight to craft impactful copy.

Requirements

• Essential: Previous experience in a product marketing copywriting role.
• Essential: An advocate for driving positive change with a passion for working in a mission led company..
• Essential: Comfortable and passionate about writing in the context of sex positivity and sexual expression.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp and other email and communication software.
• A grammar guru with exceptional attention to detail and strong research skills.
• Basic knowledge in SEO and writing for digital channels.
• Open to exploring efficient AI writing tools.
• Demonstrates excellent writing skills, seamlessly transitioning between immersive storytelling and concise copy, and adapting to different tones of voice.
• Customer-focused, able to empathise with our audience and create content that drives engagement and advocacy for WeAreX and our community.
• A team player with high awareness of team deadlines, priorities, and needs.
• Organised and conscientious, with a task-oriented, self-starting approach.
• Thrives under pressure and embraces challenges.
