Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Marketing amp; Content Executive to join our growing team! This role will involve writing content, supporting on the delivery and execution of our CRM platform for our new product within the tech space, and supporting the marketing projects team with exiting new business lines.
- Responsible for writing different content formats across multiple touchpoints including blogs, website, email, video, webinars and more.
- Create relevant and educational content for the brand websites and blog articles that are high quality and on-brand.
- Manage and check site content, create product and marketing copy and input into marketing campaigns.
- Research news, trends, competitor research and areas of innovation, identifying new opportunities to help grow brand awareness and reach.
- Working closely with the manager to deliver engaging brand email/SMS campaigns.
- Manage execution of the monthly email marketing calendar.
- Create relevant and educational content for emails that are high quality and on-brand.
- Reporting on performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Working with the manager on an automated email strategy to improve customer loyalty and retention
- About you:
- A creative thinker
- Copywriting skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Ambitious, driven, keen to learn and develop their skills and role within the team
- A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., History, English, Media)/marketing discipline (e.g., Marketing, Business Management) desirable but not essential
