Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our fun, fast-paced, ambitious team. Our company is a growth technology business, and we need your help to reach even greater heights! In this role you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing successful email marketing campaigns, content marketing strategies, guided by our marketing strategy which has been built on our OKRs (objective, key results).

We are avid HubSpot users which we use to attract and engage our prospects and clients to fuel our inbound marketing efforts, this opportunity will play a key role in creating quality content, through blogs, email and social media. Whether it's lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, or increasing brand awareness, our campaigns provide the framework and resources needed to achieve marketing success.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other departments and an outstanding marketing team (currently 12 in the team) in order to create engaging content that will help promote our product and services to the ideal target audience.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Develop, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns
  • Creation of engaging customer focussed inbound content journeys
  • Implementation of content marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives and company OKRs
  • Manage and create HubSpot campaigns, including building automated workflows, and amplifying created content across email and social media
  • Create and optimise content for SEO to increase organic reach and engagement with target audience
  • Monitor website analytics data to inform marketing decisions, strategies, and tactics
  • Management of social media channels, social media monitoring and proactive engagement / outreach with target audience if opportunities are uncovered.
  • Analyse social media insights to generate creative ideas for content creation
  • Create and maintain a schedule for publishing content across all channels
  • Collaborate with other departments to create engaging, deep, expert content around our product and niche industries (including blogs, infographics, guides, email, social posts, and landing pages)
  • Managing the social media channels, ensuring outstanding brand representation and consistent growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing and content marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of social media trends and best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A desire to learn and grow in the role, while taking ownership for tasks and projects.
