This role

We are looking for a QA Tester to join a small team, working across the company on both client projects with the likes of VW, Lucid Motors and Mitsubishi, and on our software products like SpotLight, Palette and Omnistream.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of QA processes, having at least 1 years experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is confident, self-sufficient, and has a keen interest in QA.

What is it like to work at ZeroLight?

Our studio base is at Live Works, an award-winning building in the heart of Newcastle’s Quayside. We have lots of great perks within the studio including a high spec coffee machine, hot amp; soft drinks, beer fridge, fruit delivery, well stocked chocolate and snack drawers with table tennis, pool and great views in our employee area - the terrace.

We believe that a mix of studio and home working is the best fit for ZeroLight, allowing us to be both collaborative and have the focus needed to get things done.

This hybrid working approach allows employees to choose whether to work from their home office or in the studio for their everyday work. There are certain meetings, workshops and groups that your Line Manager will ask you attend each week and you’ll decide yourself where you work best for focussed time. You can read more about hybrid working here: https://zerolight.com/blog/hybrid-working

ZeroLight lives by four core values - Quality, Innovation, Focus amp; Collaboration. To ensure that these values are kept at the forefront of everything we do, we hold quarterly collaboration events for all UK staff, who spend 2-3 days in the studio attending team workshops, skills development sessions, company wide updates and enjoying social time together. You can read more about the ethos of our collaboration events here: https://zerolight.com/blog/collaboration-events
