Job Title: Evening Curry Chef
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of curry dishes according to recipes and company standards
2. Ensure that all dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients and presentation
3. Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient and smooth operation
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations
5. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of dishes
6. Assist in creating new curry dishes and maintaining an innovative menu
7. Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Curry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
2. Extensive knowledge of Nepali and Indian curry dishes and spices
3. Strong culinary skills, including proficiency in cooking techniques and knife skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
6. Great communication and teamwork skills
