Machine Shop Foreman

We are recruiting for a machine shop Foreman based in Lichfield Staffordshire.

We are looking for a dynamic person who has good engineering background to work in a friendly environment as part of a small team, excellent working conditions and stable permanent employment.

The successful applicant must be able to read Engineering Drawings, work to precision tolerances, this position is a hands-on roll.

Requirements

The key areas for focus on for the role:

• Appropriate experience/qualifications
• Machining CNC milling/lather experience on medium large components in required ideally using XYZ machine tools, although training can be offered. Other CNC interfaces will be considered
• Organising workflow and ensuring work is completed promptly

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
