The role:

As an ER Manager at Grayce, you'll have the exciting opportunity to hit the ground running and lead our employee relations efforts. We're seeking an individual who is proactive, passionate about employment law, and dedicated to fostering a positive workplace environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage both informal and formal ER matters.
  • Lead performance improvement practices and collaborate with stakeholders to determine the best course of action.
  • Monitor and manage absence, offering support to individuals returning to work.
  • Assess occupational health and workplace needs, advising on reasonable adjustments.
  • Provide compassionate support to employees in challenging personal circumstances.
  • Champion neurodiversity needs and support inclusive practices.
  • Oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures, including investigations and appeals.
  • Take a proactive approach to employee relations, managing risks effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide expert ER advice.
  • Manage people risk while supporting both our team and business.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments for smooth processes.
  • Promote our culture and act as a role model for our values.
  • Support and mentor team members.
