Within our Commercial Sales team, we are recruiting for an experienced professional with a strong background in Commercial Account Management, to develop relationships with Contractors and our Key Merchant customer base. Would you like to be a part of this award-winning team?

So what’s the mission?!

Demonstrating your commercial drive and passion, you will have full responsibility for your sales and profitability budget. You will have ownership of implementing your own business plan, whilst working with colleagues to identify new business opportunities

You will manage Contractors and attend regular business reviews throughout your region in line with our ‘Creating Better Spaces’ mantra. We’re ready for you to challenge our expectations, showcase your entrepreneurial skills and really create a space for yourself in a hugely successful and supportive team.

What are the mission-critical skills?

  • You are an experienced Sales Professional ideally in the construction industry, selling civils or landscaping products to main contractors, sub-contractors, and key merchants
  • A successful track record including major project and account management
  • A demonstrable ability to develop long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and driven
  • A strategic approach with the ability to balance the demands of a fast-paced business
  • The confidence to use your initiative, identify opportunities and act upon them
  • Presentable, credible, and reliable
  • Being home-based you will need to have a driving license and be able to commute within the patch which covers postcodes: RG SO PO SP DT BH
