Job Description

Working as part of our dynamic e - commerce team within our well-established business, specialising within the hospitality sector (with around 25,000 active product listings). The team is responsible for the development and day to day administration of e -commerce marketplace channels such as Amazon and eBay and our own platform.

The successful candidate will oversee our product creation team within a fast paced, and quick changing environment, you will be responsible for product creation, listing and category’s optimisation. Also, with the freedom to bring ideas to the table to grow conversion rates and improve the customer experience. Alongside this, demonstrating creativity with accurate content creation, so excellent written communication and numeracy skills are key.

Main Responsibilities:

To supervise a small team in relation to product creation. Which will include new launches, day to day listing and category management.

To monitor and analyse listing performance. Focusing on key metrics on conversion rate, redirect of search terms.

Report to Head of E -Commerce daily regarding any ongoing issues and project progress.

Create bespoke digital content for our sales channels.

Maintain our internal content library for efficient supplying of files to customers and maintain product listings on various sales channels.

Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to support successful product launches.

  • Knowledge of HTML amp; CSS
  • Interest in photography and/or video editing.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
