TruRating is a hypergrowth software with a service (SWAS) company that improves businesses, benefits consumers, and donates to charities. We are a small but mighty product and development team powering TruRating’s services and business intelligence products. Our team is working hard to expand and improve upon TruRating’s product offerings and this is a key position to ensure that our roadmaps are accurate, deliveries are being met and that we maintain the trust and confidence of clients through timely project delivery.
You are an experienced senior delivery manager with a keen eye for detail and an innate sense of project timelines, dependencies, and risks. You also have experience in technical documentation writing for agile teams. In this role, you would bring your deep experience in these areas to become the keystone in our successful product development and delivery. Your passion for detail and experience with quickly understanding and spelling out interactive edge cases will help our product managers turn Epics and Features into masterful user stories and acceptance criteria. Your flair for deadlines will be the glue that maintains roadmaps and client commitments across multiple product managers and scrum teams working with interdependencies. You will also manage our roadmap software to keep the company up to date on initiative progress and make adjustments as new initiatives come on board.
You have experience working in and maintaining roadmap and development tools such as Confluence, Monday.com, and Jira, as well as deep project management experience that allows you to spin up clear and informative Gantt charts and track delivery risks in your sleep. You will be the trainmaster in the development factory making sure the trains leave and arrive on time, assessing risks, and notifying the waiting passengers of any delay.

Key responsibilities- Act as scrum manager / product owner for scrum and Kanban teams
- Participate in replenishment / grooming meetings and daily standups
- Update weekly product and team KPIs
- Work closely with all members of the product team to dive in as necessary to help the team build out client requirements, user stores, process flows, system diagrams, and technical documentation to be used as part of Kanban and Agile development
- Assist product team members in creating estimates for client requests and in tracking / delivering against client deadlines
- Create and maintain project schedules in Monday.com for project and product deliverables with trackable deadlines
