Job Description

Debenhams is looking for a temporary administrative assistant to join the Marketplace team. You will be joining a team which will focus on improving existing partner onboarding and performance by supporting in key administrative roles across the functions. You will be proving support to new and existing sellers starting from their launch on Debenhams to removing blockers and setting them up for success by leveraging various programs and tools. The team's mission is to make Brand partners successful on Debenhams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Responsible for reviewing and processing high volumes of product information loaded by Marketplace Sellers
  • Responsible for ensuring standards are met for product imagery and copy including spelling, grammar and required formatting
  • Proactively work with Sellers to highlight issues and bring them up to standard
  • Supporting numerous Sellers with product loading queries
  • Working with multiple systems to ensure product data transfer is smooth and be able to identify issues
  • Housekeeping and Support for other Marketplace functions across the Account Management and New Business Development
  • Good communication skills, numeracy and literacy are essential

  • Able to escalate to appropriate team members and senior management of external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise a must, as factors will often change requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
