Service Designer - Public Sector

About You


  • Demonstrable experience working as a mid to senior level Service Designer in the Public Sector working to the Service Standards.
  • The ability to apply Design thinking and User Centred Design to visualise a service including a users touch points, overlaid with insights
  • Can map as-is journeys and creating new blueprints (for services and processes across channels)
  • Approach UX as a team sport, collaborating with Content designers, User Researchers, delivery teams, clients and users in design
  • Experienced in a range of prototyping techniques including the CDDO prototyping framework and toolkit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have experience of working in agile, including an understanding of agile tools and practices and how to use them.
