The EMS Group are a people-first organisation. We are a team that care about each other, the world around us and the work that we do.

From being part of the NHS Galleri early cancer detection trial, to providing mobile COVID testing centres for Randox and educating communities on the signs and symptoms of cervical cancer with Jo’s Trust charity.

Working at The EMS Group is varied, but every project we are part of has one thing in common, it’s about helping people.

2022 HSJ Partnership Awards ‘Best Healthcare Provider Partnership with the NHS’ finalist, our continued work with the NHS and healthcare organisations are part of our committed effort to making a difference to people’s lives.

We’ve tripled in size, and that’s just the start.

Since 2021, we’ve tripled the number of employees at The EMS Group. Since 2021. But still, 24% of employees at EMS have been with us for between 5-21 years.

Why? Because we’ve not compromised on doing what our CEO always set out to when establishing the business back in 2000.
