Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring full coverage of software features and functionality
- Maintain and improve existing test suites, while also introducing new testing methodologies
- Investigate complex issues and report defects with detailed, reproducible steps
- Work closely with product owners, developers and other QA team members to identify and understand requirements
- Participate in design and requirements review sessions, providing feedback to improve the quality of deliverables
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases and test results
- Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and adjust testing strategies accordingly
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in software quality assurance
- Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Playwright
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design and defect reporting
- Knowledge of testing best practices
- Understanding of different kinds of testing, such as performance, integration and smoke testing
- Experience in API testing using a tool such as Postman
- Knowledge of SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Located within the UK.
